Digital Transformation Canvas 1-day Workshop’ is designed for leaders, corporate executives, or employees who are involved in the organization’s strategy, entrepreneurs who have a goal to do digital transformation, or anyone who wants to learn more about digital transformation to be able to plan digital transformation comprehensively.

This course will help participants to be able to think about issues that need to be prepared for digital transformation with the Digital Transformation Canvas. In the end, participants will end up with a list of things they need to get started with to achieve successful digital transformation within the organization.

• Organizational Leaders (Assistant Manager level and above) who are involved in digital strategy planning or have a role to initiate a digital project or be part of the Digital Transformation project in the organization
